One Tree from the Start, Planting Across the Wasteland

The world was destroyed. We dug for kindling in the corpse of civilization.

Mutation, madness, rot, cruelty... On this wasteland, black fog devoured the few remaining safe zones. With resources and territory dwindling by the day, every survivor on this land was forced into the arena.

Is it really that crowded?

Li Mao, reborn as a tree, shook his crown and waved his vines, ordering his subordinates to plant another hundred trees outside.

The green poisonous miasma in the forest slowly dissipated. Mutated plants that had once lashed out and devoured people became docile and obedient, while exposed ore glimmered on the ground.

The storm over the abandoned harbor subsided, and the ruins of old humanity emerged once more.

The scorched earth grew moist and fertile, and each plant bore several times its usual yield.

The desperate habitats of living creatures welcomed their first pioneers, transforming into sanctuaries for life.

Li Mao, rooted in the wasteland, only had three things to do.

And those were!

Plant trees! Plant trees! And plant more trees!

What? You won't let me plant trees?

Li Mao turned to look at his army, which stretched beyond the horizon.

I happen to know a little strategy.
