[Synopsis]
Dazai jumped off a building, resolved to die, only to discover that he apparently hadn't quite died.
Oda found another body on his doorstep.
.
Most of the time, that person seemed not to belong to this world.
On a crowded street, even dressed in the plainest clothes and with the bandages he usually wore over his eyes removed, he was still like a wisp of ghost, unable to blend into the din around him.
His figure stood out starkly in the crowd, as if an invisible barrier separated him from the world.
And, much like a cat, his personality was rather odd: sometimes quiet, sometimes noisy, and sometimes so lively that he caught people off guard.
But Oda didn't find him annoying.
Notes:
1. Apologies for any out-of-character moments.
2. Except when written from Oda's perspective, Boss Dazai is referred to as "Dazai," while Dark Era Dazai is referred to as "Dazai Osamu."
3. Short story.
Theme: Death is unavoidable.
When the two Dazai are talking, please distinguish who is who, it looks a bit confusing ()
