S.T. Group had a legitimate heir apparent, as well as a young man who was always by the CEO's side. Officially, he was an executive assistant; people guessed he was the CEO's lover. Sometimes he had so much authority he seemed like the group's number-two.
The latter was called the Princess in the employees' private gossip.
Naturally, it was a counterpart to the heir's title. But using such a nickname for a man carried an unmistakably intimate connotation.
The heir couldn't stand the assistant.
Rumors swirled around the group that the assistant wanted to climb the ladder and become the CEO's wife! The heir was furious. He was a typical spoiled rich kid. His father had donated him into an Ivy League philosophy program, and after coasting through his degree, he'd been handed a minor subsidiary to run. He spent his days loafing around and fancied himself a melancholic literary type, either reading obscure books or watching obscure art films.
If the assistant married his father, he'd get a stepmother and a stepfather who'd neglect him. He had no ability of his own, so what chance would he have then?
The CEO thought he was going nowhere and sent the assistant to keep him in line. The implications of this arrangement made the heir's alarm bells ring even louder, and he was furious.
He couldn't just sit around and do nothing!
After racking his brains, the heir finally came up with a plan. He would use the lean, lightly muscled body he'd painstakingly trained to seduce the assistant.
If he became my boyfriend, he wouldn't be able to seduce my dad!

The assistant was a very honest man. He was five years older than the heir. He had joined the group at fifteen and had worked diligently by the CEO's side ever since. He helped the heir with his homework, attended parent-teacher meetings for him, secretly dealt with classmates number one, two, and three who bullied the heir, and held the little prince, sobbing in his arms, gently stroking his head.
This time, when the CEO asked him to keep the heir in line, the assistant knew his place and followed him closely, never saying more than necessary unless the situation demanded it.
Whether the heir flew into a rage, went emo and ate purple food, or swayed his waist like a little prince, the assistant took it all in stride. He even liked the heir's melancholy posts on time, such as, "I don't want a lot of money. I just want a lot of love."
The assistant's honesty also showed in the fact that when the heir confessed to him, he actually believed him.
The assistant said softly, "I like you too."
The heir naturally didn't believe him. With that face, that body, and that sense of style, how could the assistant possibly be an honest man? He had to be a seasoned vixen!
Sometimes, with the assistant lying on top of him and panting, he'd ask, "You really aren't lying to me?"
The heir kissed his eyes. "Of course not."
The assistant said, "If you lie to me, I'll go far away and never talk to you again."
The heir thought, How could you stop talking to me? You're still going to fight me for the inheritance! Everyone knows what a vixen is after. Just watch me make a stunning comeback and take back everything that's mine.

Later, the assistant really did leave.
Photos of the assistant's wedding to his childhood sweetheart appeared on every front page. He looked into the camera as if he were smiling and saying goodbye.
