Malin got into Gotham University from a remote little town. Just as she was about to enjoy the best years of her life, she woke up, pushed open a bathroom door, and suddenly found herself in another world.
The host on a giant advertising screen said, "Welcome to Raccoon City."
Malin: "?"
She shuddered at the sight of people on the street biting each other.
Z-zombies?
Malin's face went deathly pale.
S-she was a world-class scaredy-cat!!!
After several terrifying escapes, Malin finally accepted her fate. Every door she opened led to a random horror movie set, so to avoid being caught off guard, she decided to buy some weapons for self-defense.
By sheer coincidence, the seller she'd contacted got taken down by Red Hood, the boss of the East End.
Malin just hoped he wouldn't take her to the GCPD. But after staring at her for a long while, the ill-tempered local crime lord asked, "Who is your father?!"
Malin: "?"
The small-town girl, raised by her adoptive father, looked utterly bewildered.
And that wasn't all. The GCPD commissioner also gave her a look like he'd seen a ghost and asked who her dad was.
Malin: "??"
A few days later, Gotham's richest man appeared in front of her and said she was his child.
Malin: "???"
To the Bat Family, Malin's appearance was an accident. Her life had been perfectly ordinary, and she already had a stable life of her own, with no connection to theirs.
...So why was she buying a sniper rifle, grenades, and an RPG from Jason Todd? Why did she constantly have dark circles under her eyes and go around looking for exorcists to get holy water? And why had she even gone to Constantine to get her guns enchanted???
What on earth had she been through?
After repeated investigations came up empty, Batman decided to ask her himself what trouble she'd run into. But when he climbed through her window, a man in a bathrobe pointed a gun at his head and demanded in a low, wary voice to know who he was.
Blond hair, blue eyes, a gloomy, exhausted look about him. The open bathrobe revealed a muscular body covered in scars.
Batman: "..."
Batman: "Who are you?"
Malin had just woken up. Hearing the commotion, she grabbed a gun and shielded the man behind her, tense with worry. "What are you going to do to my boyfriend?"
Batman: "?"
Who? What? Whose boyfriend? Him?
He looked old enough to be your dad!!!

1. Pairing: Leon S. Kennedy, including RE4.
2. Batkids, but no old-generation romantic entanglements.
3. Not an overpowered protagonist story. I prefer watching an ordinary person struggle through various horror movies. The story is split 40/60 between romance and plot, with romance taking the lead. One-on-one pairing, crossover horror.
4. Includes an older man/younger woman romance (Bruce), purely a fictional-character fetish story, with no lifespan issues.
