Blurb:
On the night of Cen Tingbo's mother's birthday banquet, Jiang Qingyue got drunk. When she was invited to stay the night, she agreed, thinking they would be married in less than a month.
But the next morning, she woke up in his older brother's bed. He was impeccably dressed, while she wore only her undergarments.
In her panic, she heard a man's voice: "You have two choices: marry me, or be jilted by Cen Tingbo."
Cen Tingbo had told her that his older brother was too busy with official duties to attend the banquet.
Yet last night, he had stayed at home and spent a wild night with her.
Jiang Qingyue's face drained of color. "No, he wouldn't..."
The man glanced at the marks on her shoulder and gave a mocking laugh, his meaning unclear.
But just as he had said, she was jilted.
Not long afterward, she heard that Cen Tingbo had been granted a marriage by the Emperor. That night, he came looking for her, drunk, clutching her hand and refusing to let go.
"Qingqing, wait for me. Once I've earned the Emperor's favor, I'll ask him to grant you to me."
As Jiang Qingyue struggled, she saw someone approaching. He pried Cen Tingbo's fingers off her and tossed him to the ground.
The dignified man stood in front of her and looked down at Cen Tingbo. "Grant her to you? Who do you think you are?"
On the night Cen Tingbo came looking for her, Cen Yizhou had already called on her first, pressuring her father to marry her to him.
She refused.
But an imperial edict arrived, her father was demoted and imprisoned, and Cen Yizhou suddenly appeared at her door.
"Marry me. You'll be my wife, and I'll save your father."
She had no choice but to agree.
On their wedding night, the man opened his arms. When she remained still for a long time, he teased, "Do you need me to teach you how to serve your husband at bedtime?"
Jiang Qingyue's hands trembled as she undressed him.
The red candles went out. Shivering, she heard him draw near. "We've already done this once, Qingqing. What are you afraid of?"
Cen Yizhou held a lofty position and command of wealth and power. He had never envied anyone. That is, until his half-brother brought home the woman he loved and arranged to marry her.
The woman he had coveted for nine years had been snatched up by someone else.
On the night of the birthday banquet, Cen Yizhou saw her being carried into a room scented with burning incense. He had already walked away, but turned back.
The moment he pushed open the door, the woman, out of her senses, clung to him and begged him to save her.
Cen Yizhou gazed down at her for a long while, then carried her back to his own room.
If Cen Tingbo didn't know how to treasure her, then he would.
One-on-one, both leads are sexually inexperienced, happy ending.

Blurb:
Yun Xi was born with an alluring constitution and chosen to be a poison vessel. The plan was for her to marry Qingheng and, during dual cultivation, transfer the poison in her body to him and kill him.
Once activated, the poison would flare up on the fifteenth of every month. Dual cultivation was the only way to suppress it, until it flared up again on the fifteenth of the next month.
After nine times, the poison would be completely transferred to Qingheng, and he would die.
Following her instructions, Yun Xi successfully became Qingheng's Dao companion. But they practiced dual cultivation only once, on their wedding night. He never touched her again.
With the poison set to flare up soon, she had to find a way to dual cultivate with him to ease its effects.
But Qingheng died while suppressing the Demon Venerable's calamity, perishing alongside him. All that remained was his life-bound sword, named Tanxue.
Yun Xi became a widow.
But the poison in her body had not been fully purged.
Yun Xi had never considered seeking out anyone else. She was already Qingheng's wife.
If she did not rid herself of the poison, it would torment her to death.
She turned her gaze to the life-bound sword her deceased Dao companion had left behind. After many days of hesitation, she finally took hold of it.
Like her dead husband, Tanxue was icy cold all over, like untouchable snow atop a mountain. It made her feel embarrassed and guilty.
But using a sword could only treat the symptoms, not the cause.
She came to rely on Tanxue more and more often, yet she still couldn't suppress the poison.
Until one time, Tanxue grew scorching hot. She was so frightened that she flung it away, only to see a figure appear.
The familiar face reflected in her eyes. Yun Xi stared in shock.
It was clearly her dead Dao companion!
There was not a trace of emotion in his eyes, only complete unfamiliarity. His cold voice mercilessly told her that he was the sword spirit of the blade, not the deceased Immortal Lord Qingheng.
He had no memories of her or Qingheng.
Yun Xi dared not use a sword that had developed a spirit, even though the poison was tormenting her beyond endurance.
The sword spirit said he could help her. She immediately refused.
"I have a Dao companion."
"That dead Immortal Lord Qingheng?" The sword spirit sneered. "You'll come begging me eventually."
Yun Xi did go to beg him. She simply couldn't take it anymore.
The sword spirit's cold fingers gripped her waist, and his husky voice sounded in her ear.
"Weren't you going to remain chaste for your dead Dao companion? Giving up already?"
Yun Xi bit her lip and buried herself in his arms, pretending not to hear.
They had the same face, after all. Being with him... surely that didn't count as betraying Qingheng, did it?
The sword spirit is the male lead's soul. The male lead isn't dead: he returns as a ghost.
The male lead fell in love with the heroine at first sight. After becoming a sword spirit, he initially has no memories, but eventually remembers.

Lü Wu knew she was beautiful. She used her looks to marry the county magistrate, hoping he would rise in rank and grow rich so she could prosper and never again have to put up with other people's sour looks.
After they married, all he did was fool around with her. He had no ambition whatsoever.
"If you spend all your time like this, how are you going to support me in the future?"
The man's rough hand gripped her waist. He only moved, never answering.
Lü Wu urged him to better himself every day and waited for him to get the message. Instead, he suddenly died, leaving her a young widow.
She wasn't about to spend the rest of her life in mourning. While packing her belongings and looking for a way out, she was mistaken for a princess.
The general in charge pointed to the jade pendant she'd stolen from her late husband and said it was the one the Emperor had bestowed at the princess's birth.
Just like that, Lü Wu became Princess Ji Wu, living in luxury and enjoying herself even more than she had as the county magistrate's wife.
Later, the Emperor decided to arrange a marriage for her. The capital was full of outstanding young men, and Lü Wu was dazzled by the choices. In the end, she chose the talented and handsome heir to the Marquis of Pingnan.
Just after the engagement was settled, the Emperor found his long-lost Crown Prince, who had been raised among commoners.
When Lü Wu saw that familiar face, she went deathly pale.
"A Wu, this is your older brother."
The man stared at her with an audacious, inscrutable gaze and called her his little sister, A Wu.
But Lü Wu didn't dare call him Crown Prince Brother.
When he woke her in the middle of the night, she panicked and tried to call for help. He threatened her:
"Go ahead and shout. Let them find out that Princess Ji Wu has been having an affair with the Crown Prince, and that she's a fake princess to boot."
Lü Wu was so frightened she burst into tears.
After many days of fear and anxiety, the wedding day finally arrived.
The door creaked open. Someone entered and lifted her bridal veil.
Lü Wu raised her smiling face, only for it to turn to terror in an instant.
From then on, the palace had one fewer Princess Ji Wu, while the Eastern Palace had a Crown Princess.
A palace maid once caught a glimpse of the Crown Princess leaning against the Crown Prince, her lips parted and cheeks flushed, utterly bewitching.
The maids who served her all knew that the Crown Princess cried during the day and at night, too.
Lü Wu cried because his insatiable demands left her exhausted.
"Are you satisfied with your position as Crown Princess, A Wu?" He held down the foot she kicked at him. His calloused hand grasped her fair ankle, rubbing it until it reddened.
"Or is there something else you want, A Wu? I'll find it for you."
Lü Wu bit her lip, angry and annoyed. "I want you to stay away from me!"

Completed works: How to Humiliate the Cold Dao Lord and Seducing the Fox.
Theme: Cherish the present.
I finished it in one go today. I quite like the writing and the settings of the male and female protagonists. However, I feel that the plot is a bit unsound and the logic is a bit unreasonable. The male protagonist's psychological change is very sudden, and then the female protagonist suffers too much, and it is caused by the people around her (including the male protagonist who also brought it to her). It gives me the feeling that the female protagonist has been suffering, but overall I still like this book. The author's writing is very good, I like it very much.
It's been so long, why haven't you kissed me yet? 😭
My favorite is the part about the anklets written in big letters 🤗 🤗 I read it several times
Is it going to be updated today? 💔 Big! I've come in countless times 💔
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh can you write more, it's not enough to read.
Will the male protagonist come back in the next chapter 💔
It must be that the cat is cute. I think the pace is a bit slow 😭 😭 But I think you have your own rhythm [cover your face and peek] [cover your face and peek] Now Qingqing is still afraid of the male protagonist [cover your face and cry with laughter]
Bland and uninteresting.
"You Qi people are really good at protecting your accomplices. If you don't do it, I have plenty of ways to do it." ""Catch a big bug for the author~ Kill, kill
When will there be more extras? 😭
