After the Invasion

Jiang Yan suffered a near-fatal heart attack, then came back to life. When he woke up, his body no longer belonged to him.

This ability user lived alongside the impostors every day. By day, the other person was an impostor; by night, he was a spy.

Whenever they had a job, Lu Shijing had to climb up to an upscale apartment on the eighteenth floor in the middle of the night to meet with this man in secret.

They did this again and again, growing more practiced each time.

Until one day, Lu Shijing asked, "Don't you want to take your body back?"

The spy sat on the toilet and passed him a key piece of intelligence, looking languid and tired. "He exercises, makes money for me, and can even treat my heart condition."

"If I kill him, will you support me for the rest of my life?"
