Beloved Until the Moon Burns Away

Sang Tongyu is the illegitimate daughter of the Sang family. She spends years ignored at a country estate, and after being brought back to the family mansion, her life becomes even more miserable and despairing.

And all the malice comes from one person.

Ji Huan.

When Sang Tongyu first meets Ji Huan, she nearly falls for his jade-like beauty.

He's courteous and refined, a gentleman from a noble family, admired by everyone as the purest moon in the world, an immortal descended from the heavens.

But in private, he's a cold, hypocritical devil who takes pleasure in trampling on human lives.

At a palace banquet, one casual remark from him makes her the target of the noblewomen's wanton bullying. One look from him, and she's made to kneel in the snow until dawn.

When she's once again blocked from going on her way,

Sang Tongyu begs him for mercy, barely clinging to life. His answer, spoken from on high, is,

"Why are you acting like a dog?"

In despair, she grabs his exquisite robes and kisses his cheek as if she were seeking death.

In that instant, the harsh laughter all around them abruptly stops.

Even Ji Huan, the heaven-favored prodigy, freezes in his perfect skin.

Without a word, he loses control and grabs her face,

"Do you want to die?"

Sang Tongyu smiles.

He prides himself on being noble and pure, yet now he's been defiled by the lowly "commoner" he despises most. He must feel worse than dead.

The thrill of revenge makes Sang Tongyu lose all reason.

So, unafraid of death, she rises on her toes once more and kisses Ji Huan on the lips.

One-on-one, both virgins.
