This is an original script I finished writing in 2023. The official audio drama is available exclusively on Maoer FM. I don't plan to adapt it into a novel, so please make do with the script!!!
Shen Wangdu, a top-tier star in the entertainment industry, moves into the Wutong Villa his assistant rented for him to avoid the paparazzi and entertainment reporters.
In 1929, Li Wangyou is sold by her mother into a ghost marriage with the son of the local richest man because her family is poor.
That night, heartbroken and determined to die rather than submit, Li Wangyou hangs herself at Wutong Residence, only to run into Shen Wangdu. Their two timelines overlap from that moment on.
Thesis: There isn't one.
