A Long Dream Returns: Di Ting

(This novel is undergoing major revisions. I started it on November 9, 2024, and began revising it from the beginning on April 21, 2025. I'll take readers' feedback into account to give everyone a better reading experience.)

In ancient times, there was a divine beast named Diting.

It bore the features of many beasts and combined the finest qualities of all creatures. It had a tiger's head, a single horn, dog ears, a dragon's body, a lion's tail, and qilin hooves.

It could distinguish truth from lies in human speech. Its appearance was a sign of justice, but the line between good and evil could be crossed in a single thought.

(I used Diting as a template, but also made up a lot of things, so don't worry if it doesn't resemble the original.)

(I chose Diting from Tianma, Diting, Xiangshe, Zhufu, and Mengji because Diting's true form best suits my taste.)

Mixed CPs, canon pairings broken up, but there'll still be sweet moments. As in the original, ship whoever you like.
