Raising a son is far more troublesome than cultivating immortality. Lu Junyue and his Daoist companion, Chi Yanxue, spent years raising their son until he turned eighteen, then sent him to study at the Sacred Moon Sect, one of the four great sects in the cultivation world.

That night, as the little grandson slept, tiny tears still clung to the corners of his eyes. He looked so pitiful.
Lu Junyue immediately decided to take his Daoist companion and their precious grandson to find that unfilial son.
