Starting from Zero to Slay the Demon Emperor

Chen Sanwen was a child her master picked up from a mountain of corpses.

She asked her master why he had given her that name.

Her master said, "You must know reverence. In everything, ask Heaven, ask Earth, and ask yourself. Only when all three give their approval can you do as you please."

Chen Sanwen only took in the last part.

"Ask yourself."

This is a world where the gods have perished and monsters run rampant. Humanity is weak, mere food for the monsters.

But Chen Sanwen doesn't want to be food.

She knows there are many others in this world just like her.

So she wants to tear open the sky and let in some air.

Many people say it's impossible,

but she doesn't think it's difficult.

First, let's kill the Demon Emperor.

--The Romance-Focused Blurb--

Chen Sanwen grew up wandering with her master, always lonely.

She'd never even kept a little bird.

Then her master died,

and she decided to go down the mountain and seek revenge.

On her way to her own death, she found someone.

She thought it was nice this way. Perhaps this was Heaven's last gift to her.

She wanted to keep him.

Even if only for a short while.

To keep her secret safe, she'd originally decided to kill him before she died,

but she regretted it at the very moment she was about to act.

She thought, this world is crowded with so many people. Why couldn't there be one more?

My little bird, fly away.

But she didn't know that there was no such thing as fate.

Every coincidence was nothing more than someone's careful plan, after traveling across mountains and rivers, to happen to appear before you.

Meeting you for the first time feels like the return of an old friend.

**

He had no memories, no past, nothing at all.

He appeared before her as if only to follow her.

He didn't know what love was. He only knew that he wanted to stay by her side forever.

All the way to the end of time...
