The Patient

An old original idea of mine. The setting is bizarre and surreal, and it's probably all twisted, dark love stories. I'm posting this idea as a placeholder for now. It's a wish-fulfillment story with a magnetic heroine, plus a little of my personal taste. The clinic's cabinets are filled with slow-release love medication, a rare drug sold at a high price. Outside the clinic stand towering skyscrapers, their shadows blotting out the sky. The artificial lights never go out. The doctor hangs a vintage "Open" sign outside the clinic and begins the first day of business in a world with a chaotic setting, where even an ordinary death is a luxury. The doctor hopes there are enough patients here who are normal and understand what the doctor means. After all, those who can make it into the clinic are probably the least sick of them all. Theme: Love is a slow-release painkiller.
