[So I thought, perhaps you could hold me in your arms, too.]

As the granddaughter of the deputy commissioner of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, Moroboshi Mei was undoubtedly talented and proud. Unfortunately, all of that vanished after a certain high school detective turned down her confession.

An ordinary high school student, she was accidentally caught up in a case because of the high school detective, and tragically fell from a tall building, lapsing into a long sleep.

The person who should have died opened her eyes again, only to find herself back before it all began.

Moroboshi Mei looked at the high school detective and his childhood friend in the distance, sighed deeply, and told herself, "Give up, Mei."

At the same time as she chose to give up, the gears of fate began to turn.

Moroboshi Mei and a little boy who seemed strangely familiar stared at each other in confusion.

The little boy broke into a huge smile and said brightly, "Good morning, big sister!"

Moroboshi Mei stared at Conan Edogawa's face and muttered, "Does Conan really look that much like Kudo-kun?"

Conan Edogawa stumbled, then righted himself. But when he met the girl's knowing gaze, he could only play dumb and laugh heartily again.
