The Daily Prophet published a news story.
A black-and-white animated image took up most of the page, filled with shadowy figures. The ongoing coverage, now stretching over several days, reminded people of the time of Voldemort.
"As of May 18, torrential rain has continued for two months. The acidic substances in the rain have not only corroded most of Hogwarts's outer walls, but also caused multiple cases of hallucinations. The Ministry of Magic launched an investigation and finally traced the source to Serafina, an outstanding Hogwarts graduate."
In her follow-up report, Rita Skeeter examined Serafina's school records, news coverage, and social interactions, then reached a conclusion:
Hogwarts should restrict the education of students with mental illnesses.
During her time at Hogwarts, Serafina not only excelled academically, but also received too much "unnecessary" magical training because of the school's negligence. At last, the madness lurking in her family's blood drove Serafina to become a deranged witch.
"Even this whisper was drowned out by a much greater chorus."
