Spring Sleep, Unaware of Dawn

Brilliant, beautiful princess x gentle, loyal, jealous, easily flustered handsome man

*

Princess Huaile is framed by a villain and taken to Shilin County. With the situation against her, she has no choice but to conceal her identity for a while.

At night, she pushes open the paper window. A handsome young man with a peach-blossom face walks toward her, holding a thin book, smiling, the corners of his eyes slightly lifted.

How could such a peerless beauty exist in the world? He is exactly to Princess Huaile's taste.

To while away the time, Princess Huaile, who has wandered through fields of flowers without ever letting a petal touch her, deliberately flirts with the young man now and then, just for fun.

When the border is reopened, Princess Huaile leaves. Unexpectedly, the young man turns out to be quite capable. He comes to the capital to sit for the imperial examination, and accidentally sees her sharing an "affectionate" moment with her prince consort.

When the clingy young man finds out, he wants to cut ties with her completely...

Reading guide:

1. She is pretending to be in love with her prince consort; romance is woven together with the plot. The female lead has no sexual experience, while the male lead is sexually inexperienced. Neither character is perfect.

2. The female lead may slap the male lead when she gets angry. The male lead is somewhat love-struck, devoted to his husbandly duties, insecure and prone to overthinking, possessive, and a little dark.
