"A clichéd revenge story full of secret identities."
"But I love it."
(Before their identities are revealed) ----------------
Eighty years ago, Xie Bumu, head of the Xie family and the foremost figure in the martial world, was framed for stealing a martial arts treasure and had her entire family slaughtered. Now unexpectedly returned to life, Xie Bumu follows scattered clues and decides to join Buried Sword Peak, the world's greatest sword sect, to uncover the truth behind her family's massacre.
Two years ago, Bai Lingchuan, a junior disciple at Buried Sword Peak, was approached by the System and learned that she was the heroine of a wuxia novel. The author, eager to launch a new book with a male lead, had hastily written her out. Now, following the System's instructions, Bai Lingchuan travels far from home to assassinate the male lead.
And so, on an utterly ordinary rainy night, the two meet by chance.
Xie Bumu, witnessing the assassination: Great! I've found a perfect scapegoat!
Bai Lingchuan, an innocent novice: Oh no! I've been guilt-tripped!
(Their identities are being revealed [on purpose]) ----------------
Bai Lingchuan has always believed in the code of the martial world. But her novel falls apart, her sect frames her, and she faces partings and death. When her faith crumbles, where can she go, alone in the world?
Xie Bumu: Oh. I accidentally started a new faction. Want to join?
Bai Lingchuan: My useless junior sister has lost her mind.
Xie Bumu: Sorry about this. I was using an alias while hiding by your side. I'm actually Xie Bumu, the infamous head of the Xie family from eighty years ago.
Bai Lingchuan: Are my ears broken?
(After their identities are revealed) -----------------
As she travels far and wide, reclaiming the forces her family left behind, Xie Bumu tears away the hypocritical facade of the righteous martial sects with one hand and destroys the headquarters of the cult that persecuted Bai Lingchuan with the other.
When the line between black and white is no longer clear, Xie Bumu waves her hand and paints the map of good and evil red.
"Great! I like red. From now on, both the righteous and wicked sides will take my surname, Hong."
Bai Lingchuan: I've never fought such a well-funded battle.
Xie Bumu: In that case, let's rename this book Reborn: I Pretended to Be a Green Tea Drama Queen and Killed My Way to the Top.
Early story: older, useless, sweet-talking junior sister x younger, straightforward and upright senior sister
Bai: I hate you. You only cause trouble for me.
Later story: sharp-tongued boss whose secret identity is exposed x put-upon working subordinate
Xie: I hate you too. You only cause trouble for me.
[The author isn't very experienced, but will treat the story and its characters with care. If this isn't to your taste, please just leave. Don't insult the women in the story.]
[The prices may not be especially realistic. The author made them up.]
[This is a fictional setting, so the food details aren't historically accurate. For example, chili peppers, which arrived after the Ming Dynasty, appear in the story. TT]

(A new cultivation-world story is now up on my other page. Feel free to check it out if you're interested~
Core theme: Take control of your own path
Qiu Sha was PUAed! Huaiqing is the most hateful person in this book, no, he cannot be called a human being, no one! It has harmed many people: Xie Jia, Qu Jiao, Qiu Sha, Xie Sicun...[Angry][angry][angry][angry][angry]
Second Elder: Is this a quarrel because of a feud? Xiaobai: Your hands are cold! (Collapse)
After reading it, I really like every female character! Everyone is so charming, no matter where they stand! Especially the women of the previous generation, I cried so much... I wrote about a lot of emotions, family affection, friendship, kindness, chance encounters, sympathy, ideals, etc. The relationship between the women is so good, and the atmosphere of the fight among the younger generation is also very beautiful. I also really like the three main characters! I feel that the author wrote a happy and sad story in a humorous and relaxed way. It is a pity that the dead people will never come back.
It's a bit sad to write QAQ. I feel that if a person is good to a but not good to b, then it is really "cruel" (I don't know what word to use) for a to repeatedly mention that person's kindness in front of b. After I finished writing, I realized that I had experienced similar little things in my life, and they had a huge impact on me, not to mention someone like Xiao Xie who was trying to destroy the entire family. Xiao Xie has always been very strong and even "perfect". It seems that nothing can defeat her. Although as a revenge story, it seems that it only needs to write how handsome the protagonist is and how happy and hateful the person is, but as a creator, I actually feel sorry for you. (Of course it's all Huaiqing's fault, I like both Xiao Xie and Sisi, they just have different perspectives) [changed]
After reading it for a week, I finally tied it?(?????????)? The author's writing is very good!!
"That Xie Bumu" is a big thorn in the side of the author~
23: I will never complain about cyber fireworks again (crying)
23: Natural in nature
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sad
23: If you don't set off "fireworks", you won't be able to fly into the sky at all. Qiu Sha:… Bumu:…
