What Era Is This? You're Still Being a Traditional Judge in Honkai: Star Rail

In the Prison of Deep Seclusion, Jing Yuan, already Mara-Struck, was surrounded on all sides. In a rare moment of quiet, he closed his weary eyes and gave a soft sigh, bringing his life as the Divine General to an end. In his final moments, he dreamed that he had returned to eight hundred years ago.

His old friend, Yan Zhi, a judge of the Ten-Lords Commission, was just as convinced that it was all a dream.

Otherwise, how could he be seeing Blade chasing Imbibitor Lunae and hacking at him?

The bad news: He had mistaken the target.

The worse news: He got it wrong twice, and the second time he actually hit the right person.

Watching two wanted criminals from the Xianzhou run back and forth right in front of him, Yan Zhi's vision went black.

#When did I learn to do sit-ups?#

#Can I keep getting the retirement pension from my previous life?#

*

Yan Zhi never expected to wake up one day with not only a child, but also a father.

Later, Dan Feng asked Jing Yuan how he had managed to get the amnesiac grade-schooler to acknowledge him again.

Jing Yuan smiled and said nothing.

What teacher? He was just waiting for you to come down with long-life sickness so he could haul you into the Prison of Deep Seclusion.

If the past is no more than a fleeting bubble, and waking from the dream dissolves our bond, what is there left to pursue?

*

Everything here is made up and rumor-mongering.

Everyone is reborn. There's not much logic to it.
