[Run with the Wind] Run, Chikuseiso!

Kiyose Haiji got two or three chances every day to run into Nohara Saki. In the morning, he walked Nira along the quiet, chilly streets. Apart from that, he could hear her breathing and footsteps. At night, on his way home from the bathhouse, he pushed his bike along as the wind blew. Her conspicuous white quick-dry shirt stood out by the lake. At noon, while carrying his tray and looking for a seat, he'd spot her sitting alone in a corner, reading as she picked the strips of green pepper out of her food, headphones on, listening to who knew what.

Sometimes he'd see the windows of the campus lab building, where she hurried through the crowd in her lab coat and mask. He'd also see her fumbling around beside the doctor when she went to the hospital for a follow-up.

But what he liked best was the strength in her legs when she ran in the sunlight.

The heroine's story is set one year before Aso joins Chikusei-so. That year will pass over the course of a few chapters.

Though it's labeled as an otome story, it's mainly a friendship-focused pairing, but I think there's enough of a connection to include it.

Theme: Push off with both legs and run
