Liu Qingxi died of illness, thinking that this was the end of a life spent suffering from sickness.
At the critical moment, the Cannon Fodder System appeared and promised that if Liu Qingxi completed the missions diligently, he could come back to life and receive a healthy body.
Liu Qingxi agreed.
Cannon Fodder System: The missions are super easy! You just need to play some cannon fodder who help move the plot along, showing your face at key moments. You barely have any scenes! Just don't go out of character.
It did sound easy, so Liu Qingxi nodded obediently.
Later...
Cannon Fodder System: Ahhh! What's with these people? Stop coveting my Host!
