[Main game quest: Obtain the "puppet strings" of the puppet Mier]
A puppet with its strings cut, a town torn to pieces, and still nothing to show for it.
All around are mountains of wood, and the only other person here is the child I happened to rescue along the way.
Wait a minute... Should there be children in Puppet Town?
Jiang Yan: "What's your name, kid?"
The child tilts their head. "Mier."
Jiang Yan: 0o0!
The very next second after completing the quest
[Exclusive System quest: Kiss the Evil God passionately]
Jiang Yan: ?
[Exclusive System quest: Get a nude photo of the Evil God]
Jiang Yan: :)
[Exclusive System quest: Dig out the Evil God's heart]
Jiang Yan: "Are you a legitimate System?"
007, looking guilty: "A... Absolutely!"

The annual tournament is about to begin, and its generous rewards are incredibly tempting.
The major guilds fight tooth and nail for a spot. In full view of everyone, a new player with no guild teleports into the quest lobby.
100/100 Game start
The new player's profile is instantly picked apart by everyone.
[Invitation]
Player: Jiang Yan (unremarkable)
Playtime: 30 days as a new player (weakling)
Ranking: 100 (Oh?)
Everyone: ?
A new player? Only 30 days in the game?
But... ranked 100?!
Everyone: &%#@*!!
"You're a newbie. Even if you got lucky and made the rankings, you should know your place."
"The tournament isn't for little nobodies like you. If you don't want to die, get out now."
"Wait... Is he that new player all the major guilds are trying to recruit?"
"The newbie who kicked a dungeon boss's head off in one blow?! That's him!"
Jiang Yan glances at his profile. His buffs are still active.
Jiang Yan, acting deaf: 0-0

They say the death game Invitation can grant any wish, as long as you're brave enough.
Jiang Yan would pay any price just to get an invitation.
