The Little Town of Two

After losing their jobs, Li Yang and Xu Xiao came to Zeshui Town, ready to start a lie-flat life.

One ordinary morning, the two returned to town after watching the sunrise by the lake, only to find it completely deserted.

The shops along the streets and the homes all looked exactly as they had when people still lived there...

Even stranger, from that day on, they could no longer leave the town...

A small supermarket, a grain and oil shop, an agricultural supply store, a milk tea shop, a clothing store, a courier station...

The town is stocked with plenty of supplies, so as long as they keep their heads down, they can call it a win!

But you never know what the weather has in store.

Just as the two were getting ready to start their lie-flat life, one bout of extreme weather after another struck!

The laid-back life they had imagined turned into chaotic, disaster-preparedness day-to-day living...
