The Great Holy Dragon and His Little Sidekick

Kuhul Ajaw had been sleeping in a seal all this time, until the voices of “They’re so cute together” and “They’re so cute together,” echoing directly in his mind, woke him up.

Only after taking a closer look did he realize that he had somehow acquired a piece of technology from another world. The great Sacred Dragon immediately used it to find the information he wanted.

In the future, he would make a contract with a kid named Kinich and regain his freedom from the seal. So Kuhul Ajaw decided to make a little commotion ahead of time and speed up the contract.

At last, Ajaw saw daylight again. But when he looked down at his reflection in the water, he saw a tiny yellow-green pixel-art body, about the size of a little nose booger.

“Argh! Damn it, damn it! I don’t have enough phlogiston!”

A little skit:

After going from an unstable human form to being able to transform steadily, Kuhul Ajaw threw back his head and laughed. “Hahahaha! The supreme lord of the Nation of Pyro, the great Sacred Dragon Kuhul Ajaw, has arrived! Little Kinich, hurry up and kiss the back of my foot!”

Kinich silently draped an arm over Ajaw’s shoulder, then pressed down hard.

Ajaw flailed about, squealing and shouting, “This can’t be right! I’m supposed to be the master!”

Traveler Aether, who had already learned Ajaw’s true identity from the surviving texts in the ruins, slowly typed out a question mark.

Could this guy, who can’t even win an argument with a Kaku-ku, really be a scholar from thousands of years ago?

Aether had doubts about Ajaw’s identity.
