[Danganronpa] Just an “Innocent” Writer Passing Through

The world is one giant stage, and life is one grand performance.

Who is the audience? Perhaps it's ourselves, or maybe the friends and family around us. We are both the actors onstage and the audience below.

As for me, I want to take charge of the play, to become an outsider who controls everything.

A person with excessive empathy encountered Junko Enoshima, the embodiment of despair, and was infected with despair.

Sukigawa Yuzuru was one such highly empathetic person.

His uncertain sense of self fell apart and collapsed. Guided and reshaped by Junko Enoshima, he formed a new self. But was that still “me”?

This is the story of someone forced into despair, told from his point of view.

Note: The protagonist's title is Ultimate Playwright. He is in the same class as the 77th Class and the second game cast.

The protagonist's personality changes dramatically before and after he succumbs to despair. Before, he was a polite, handsome boy who was very conscious of his public image. After Junko guides him, he lets his true nature run wild and becomes absolutely insufferable.

I hadn't originally planned to write this story. The protagonist was just one of my OCs, but I joined a Danganronpa roleplay and, on impulse, brought this original character in. The screening requirements were so extensive they nearly drove me crazy. To meet them, I had to flesh out his past, his future, and his character from scratch. They wanted precise descriptions of his facial features, limbs, and hairstyle, as well as detailed descriptions of his clothes. They also wanted his past experiences, including his school life and what happened before he enrolled, without involving canon plot or characters, plus a roleplay sample. I've never roleplayed before, but their OC screening requirements are more detailed than writing fanfiction...

In a way, I've already written the outline, so I have to write this story now [maniacal grin]
