After coming home late one night, Chu Ling was forcibly recruited into a club.

Never mind that the club was crawling with monsters and demons, and that one careless move could cost her life.

That was already bad enough, but the worst was yet to come.

Dai Song, her mortal enemy and vicious deskmate, was in the club too.

Dai Song: "With you around, if I die, at least I'll have someone to take down with me. Great."

Chu Ling: "Actually, I have a crush on you. If you do that, we'll die together for love."

Dai Song: "?"

A vicious club and a vicious deskmate: twice as vicious, but somehow the negatives cancel out.

(Note: The two leads aren't the kind of enemies who would never speak to each other. They're more like bickering frenemies, and both are completely unhinged, the sort who kill ghosts and people without batting an eye. Please leave if that's not your thing.
