Jiang Dengmiao transmigrates into a female supporting character in a male-oriented cultivation novel. Her mission is to win over the ambitious villain, a half-demon nine-tailed fox.

But things get off to a bad start. On her first day after transmigrating into the book, she accidentally forms a contract with Mei Qingchi, the aloof beauty and senior brother of Jinghua Palace.

While the contract is in effect, she and her senior brother can’t be more than ten meters apart.

And so, an awkward situation arises, including but not limited to:

When Jiang Dengmiao is fighting monsters and leveling up, her senior brother is watching coldly from a distance one moment. The next, he’s dragged over by some mysterious force because he’s too far away, and the two of them end up in a full-on embrace.

They bicker incessantly during the day, wishing they could kill each other, but at night they walk into the same room in front of everyone as if nothing is wrong.

Jiang Dengmiao searches for all kinds of magical artifacts to try to break the contract, but its power suddenly yanks her closer, and she ends up kissing Mei Qingchi on the face.

At night, a thick, soft tail wraps around Jiang Dengmiao and locks her in his arms.

The several fluffy tails behind Mei Qingchi sway with his movements, their beauty extraordinary. His silver hair brushes her neck, making it tickle.

His voice is cold, but thick with barely concealed desire. “Junior Sister, you kissed me and hugged me. You can’t just refuse to take responsibility.”

“Miaomiao, who do you like more, me or him?”

In her previous life, Wen Liqian liked Lu Fuxue very much.

Su Tangji has loved someone for a very long time, so long that he ruined his own spiritual roots to help mend her Daoist heart, becoming an invalid.

Then he watched helplessly as she used that heart to love someone else.

His junior sister is wonderful in every way, except she has rather poor taste. But no matter. If she likes someone, he’ll help make it happen.

He never expected that one day his junior sister would stop him and confess to him. Her tone was sincere, but there was clearly no love in her eyes.

He blurted out, “Junior Sister, don’t joke around. I cultivate the heartless Dao.”

But in the middle of the night, his junior sister shows up at his room with a pillow in her arms, crying like a rain-soaked pear blossom. “Senior Brother, I’m scared to sleep alone...”

This cool and aloof leader of the righteous path is silent for a moment, then steps aside to let her in.
