Chapter one takes place around episode 138. Killua and Alluka are children, and Illumi still has short hair... I personally guess he might be 18, while "you" are 16.
Starting from chapter three, Illumi is 20 and "you" are still 16. Your age only starts increasing once you arrive in the Hunter x Hunter world. While you're in that training space, your age continues to follow the rules of your original world.
In the final few chapters, Illumi is 24 and "you" are 20.
