Turning a straight person gay / Both are each other's only ones / Rekindled love / Happy ending
Disabled, taciturn, alluring bottom x aloof, untouchable, obsessive top
Blurb 1
Yang Xian gripped the steering wheel with one hand. The traffic lights outside her window changed several times before the shrill screech of brakes from the car ahead suddenly tore through the air.
Screeeeeech!
A wheelchair was knocked over.
Yang Xian got out of her car, heedless of the traffic. When she saw the woman pitched forward, sprawled awkwardly on the ground, her heart began to race.
Sui Ran's gaze passed through the crowd and fixed on Yang Xian's face. "Could you help me?" She gave a small, wry smile. Why did it always start like this?
"Yang Xian, long time no see."
Blurb 2
A transfer student who uses a wheelchair because both her legs are disabled,
and a strange, aloof classmate.
1. Outside the washroom in the senior-year building, Sui Ran looked around helplessly when her wheelchair suddenly broke. She turned and met Yang Xian's cold gaze. The request for help reached her lips, then she swallowed it.
Yang Xian glanced over, with no intention of getting involved. She walked around the wheelchair and continued on her way.
"Classmate."
Sui Ran lowered her head, embarrassed. Beads of sweat dampened a few strands of hair. "Could you help me?"
For some inexplicable reason, Yang Xian stopped mid-step.
2. When Yang Xian thought back on that day, she remembered the light shining in her eyes. She hadn't been able to see Sui Ran's face clearly at all.
Wheelchair. Disability. Purity. Unable to stand or walk normally.
These striking, defining details burned themselves into her mind.
"She won't leave me."
But later, Yang Xian was the one who left her. She walked away without looking back, cutting off all contact with cold indifference and not even bothering to explain why they had broken up.
She vanished from Sui Ran's world without leaving behind a proper goodbye.
#Rekindled love / Reunion at the start / School arc told in flashbacks / Happy ending#
Notes:
1. She is truly paralyzed and really does use a wheelchair. She cannot make a full recovery.
2. The heroine has little attachment to family and comes out without hesitation.
3. A small ensemble of female characters, but the supporting cast doesn't get much page time.
4. Happy ending.
