The Investigator Gone Wild in a Crossover Universe

Qing You burst out of the circle of investigators, raced through a psychiatric hospital, and plunged headfirst into a shonen manga.

Qing You: "KP, the Shaman King Tournament requires Oversoul. How's an investigator fresh from COC supposed to manage that?"

KP: "Build your own spirit ally, and roll your own Furyoku."

Hao Asakura stared at his Oracle Bell in confusion. "Only 7,500? Does that really make up for all those times you died during the tabletop campaign?"

Qing You: "KP, the circle of ability users requires supernatural powers. How do I get those?"

KP: "Build your own. Oh, there's a rule: it has to be named after an essay you've written."

Qing You: "??? But I've lost my memory?"

Mori Ogai: "That's no problem. Dazai-kun, could you look up the high school entrance exam essay prompts from the last few years?"

Qing You: "KP, how am I supposed to write a kekkei genkai? And what about chakra?"

KP: "Build it yourself, roll it yourself!"

Qing You: "But chakra doesn't seem to have a standard unit."

KP: "Do I really have to teach you this? The unit is Kakashi!"

At the end of the campaign, Qing You set down the pen she had been using to fill out her character sheet and said softly, "So, what do I do when we can't beat the evil god and my perception seems to have been altered?"

KP: "What perception of yours was altered? And by what?"

Qing You: "My shonen manga teammates altered my perception. As long as we're all together, even investigators can slay gods, right?"

PS:

1. The heroine is a relatively kind investigator who considers herself human and has all the qualities of an investigator, emphasized and underlined.

2. She zips between multiple worlds, dragging protagonists and supporting characters into tabletop campaigns. Later, she'll bring the main and supporting characters from different worlds together to play. The author especially loves mixing everything together.

3. CP: Hao Asakura, also known as Yoh Asakura. No love triangle.

4. Order: Shaman King (setting) - Bungou Stray Dogs - Naruto - Gintama (current outline)
