Gu Linyuan can't help thinking that the Lu Li he's met doesn't seem like that.
Gu Linyuan glanced at Lu Li's jade pendant. Lu Li immediately took it off. "Do you like this? It's yours."
Gu Linyuan was daydreaming and didn't respond to Lu Li for half a minute. Lu Li said, "Brother Linyuan, you seem not to like talking to me."
Gu Linyuan felt uncomfortable because people kept sneaking glances at him as they walked along. Lu Li said, "Brother Linyuan is so handsome and distinguished. They've never seen anyone like you, so they all want a look at your face."
Gu Linyuan: "??!! Who are you? Give me back the aloof, unapproachable Liuli Jun!"
A few things to know before reading:
1. Lu Li, a refined, cool-headed, utterly devoted gong x Gu Linyuan, a gentle blade with a swordsman's backbone and a tender heart, shou.
2. My own take on a cultivation setting. The focus isn't on fighting monsters and leveling up. The concepts are all made up, so please don't take them as real or read too much into them.
3. There may be a lot of flashbacks. The shou isn't the murderer.
4. Forms of address: Before the Nascent Soul stage, use the respectful titles Young Master / Fairy. After reaching Nascent Soul, use Jun. More powerful and senior big shots can be called Perfected One, Daoist, and so on.
