The interactions between the original female lead and male lead are suffocating, as are the relationships among the other characters. Bullying, emotional manipulation, rumors, and false accusations are all framed as "tortured love" and "conflict." The female lead's constant unreasonable guilt and inferiority, and her willingness to swallow her anger, are painful to watch.

Background: This is entirely my own idea. A clear-headed university student with no romantic delusions, who is brave and independent, transmigrates into a memorable novel she read in middle school and becomes its female lead, Shen Wanzhi. She changes the plot and kicks the male lead, Jiang Chuan, to the curb!
Note: The transmigrated female lead's personality is almost the complete opposite of the original heroine's. She's more self-interested and confident, has no inferiority complex or self-doubt, and feels nothing but dislike for the male lead and the second female lead. The plot won't follow the original, since the transmigrated heroine uses her knowledge of the story to take the initiative and change its course. This is pure wish fulfillment.
