[Football] Does Harry Potter Also Dream of a Tycoon Club Chairman?

[Updating when inspiration strikes; I'll be back over summer break to finish it]

Harry Potter was born on July 31, 1980.

That's common knowledge.

But what isn't common knowledge is that this world has no Quidditch.

By the time he finally grew up and could inherit the vast fortune his parents left behind, the melody of "The Cup of Life" was still echoing through every street and alley, accompanied by "My Heart Will Go On."

It seemed to herald the greatest era in football.

He moved out of 4 Privet Drive in London.

He became the chairman of a Premier League club.

He had one hope: that two words could be added in front of his title as chairman.

And he made it happen.
