Whispers of Wind Chimes

The girl I love seems to love someone else.

So I let her go and chose someone who loved me.

But later, I discovered that the idea that the person I loved was in love with someone else had been a misunderstanding.

One-on-one, happy ending, both leads are each other's only partners.

Mutual secret crush, rekindled love. The female lead has dated other girls, but nothing happened between them.

Yi Senmeng vs. Fu Leixue

An insecure, gloomy, long-haired upperclasswoman vs. a sickly, melancholy, short-haired underclasswoman

The female lead is eighteen and in her senior year of high school. The second female lead is eighteen, has taken a year off, and is in her second year of high school. Both are adults.

Here's a preview of my next story: "Rabbit Cake and Bear Cookies"

One morning, the owner of a dessert shop, Laika, opens the door and finds a girl with fluffy curls like a little bear. The girl is lively and innocent, wearing a loose, soft sweater, her round eyes darting about.

Laika, who hates trouble, wants to send her away, but the girl, Susie, inexplicably clings to her.

What's more, Susie keeps saying silly things Laika can't understand: "Laika, Laika, you're Skyla, the goddess of the sky, and I'm Cynthia, the goddess of the moon. We were once inseparable lovers, and now I've come to find you."

"Huh?" Laika thinks she should get help if she's sick. She can't take another moment of this crazy bear girl.

But since the silly little bear doesn't want a salary, Laika ends up keeping her on as a waitress.

Couple: The reincarnated goddess of the sky vs. the goddess of the moon who pursues her lover, or, a gloomy shop owner who hates trouble vs. a warm and friendly, sunny waitress.

One-on-one, switch, both leads are each other's only partners, happy ending.

Theme: An imperfect ending can still be a perfect one
