[Transformers] A Pseudoscientist's Journey Through Reboots

Content warning: OOC, slow burn, second person, inconsistent style, diary-like prose, and elementary-school-level writing.

(Important! A coming-of-age story. The protagonist starts out with no memories and is a coward! A fake scientist, but a real ordinary person.)

“What's past is prologue.” The clock tower came crashing down, turning into fragments that shimmered with every color. You spread your arms in midair, letting them pierce your fragile body. Beneath your heavy heartbeat, you could just make out the faint sound of fate's clock starting up again.

“All I wanted at first was to run.” After restarting, you hid behind a rock, weighed the laser cannon on your shoulder, leaned out, took aim, and fired. Amid the deafening boom and roars, you rubbed your aching ears and muttered, “Can't be helped. Times are tough. Let's say science is saving the world.”

P.S. No System, but there is a golden finger (maxed-out research skills + playthrough restarts + transmigration at unpredictable times). This is my first Transformers fic, and as a newcomer, I may not know some of the lore very well. The writing style is extremely inconsistent, and the plot is convoluted and complicated. Please point out any holes in the lore or plot!
