The Master of the Swords Can Never Go Home

If someone asked Qing Ye Yuan what had made the biggest impression on him in his life so far, he might furrow his brow and ponder for a long time without being able to answer.

But if you asked him what he wanted most right now, there would be only one answer: to go home.

The reason he couldn't answer the first question wasn't that his life had been uneventful. It was that he had been through so many twists and turns that he couldn't decide which one to mention.

Born into a family of demon hunters, he watched his family get wiped out by a demon seeking revenge when he was a child;

When all seemed lost, a close relative gave their life to protect him, helping him escape. Just before he was sent to an orphanage, a kind person adopted him;

In his teens, after avenging his family, he was on his way back when the family heirloom, which had been dormant for years, suddenly sprang to life and dropped him into a gap in time and space. To return to the present, he was forced to take charge of an abandoned Honmaru;

After finally making it to a big city, he helped an injured boy out of compassion, only to witness the rise of a tennis prodigy;

He went away to college and rented an apartment, only to find himself surrounded by police, with everyone he met somehow connected to a certain unspeakable black organization...

And now, all this happened during a simple graduation trip. Who could have guessed he'd be unlucky enough to stumble into another world? Even after years of searching, he still couldn't find his way home.

Qing Ye Yuan gazed at the moon, so much like the one in his homeland, and wished day after day to go home;

But his wish was like a flower reflected in a mirror, beautiful yet out of reach, and the road home remained far away.

And yet, those who wander far from home still want to return.
