Can't lie back and take it easy, but can't keep grinding either. The pay is tiny, but the workload is huge. One word from the boss, and the employees run themselves ragged.
Working 007 hours for a salary that barely puts food on the table. You have to flatter the people above you and read between the lines, get along with your coworkers and be everyone's go-to person, all while listening to everyone's petty gossip.
This miserable grind of a job is so hard to deal with!!!
