The princess had been forcibly abducted, but she no longer looked like the tearful girl she had been at first. She even dared to sprawl on the floor and strike up a conversation with him.
"I think I have immortal magic," Anya said mysteriously.
"Oh." Svet showed no interest, but paused between puzzle pieces to humor her. "Why do you think that?"
"Because I've never died, not once, from the day I was born until now." Anya counted on her fingers, then replied with a bright smile.
"Well, that's impressive." Svet tossed aside the bones he'd been putting together, now crumbled to dust, and kindly offered, "Want me to test it for you? I'm bored anyway."
Anya shook her head like a rattle drum, looking at him with a touch of infuriating pity.
"Maybe not," she sighed. "It wouldn't be good for you."
The Demon King, who had ruled the continent for six hundred years, fell into an eerie silence for twenty seconds.
Twenty seconds later, Anya was thrown, along with the floor, off a cliff behind the mountain.
Another twenty seconds passed. The person who should have been smashed to pieces was lying unharmed on the floor, gazing at the Demon King with his complicated expression and exclaiming proudly, "So I really do have that kind of magic!"
A hapless princess who's not quite right in the head × a free-spirited, troublemaking Demon King
A story with a somewhat sad core, but mostly lighthearted and sweet.
Warnings: Not traditional Western fantasy. The setting is less rigorous than Japanese fantasy. This is a kink-driven story written for fun, so don't apply real-world values to it.
The princess isn't entirely native to this world, though she doesn't remember. Sometimes she does things that don't fit in with the people around her, but she sees nothing wrong with them.
The Demon King is childish by nature, but very good at making trouble and doing bad things. He's a major villain.
P.S. The princess does not have immortal magic.
The stories in my practice-writing collection are written casually whenever inspiration strikes. I don't worry too much about the wording. I'm simply practicing how to tell a story.
The Demon King novel is very casually written, and the plot gets a little crazy.
It's free, updates are irregular, and I won't promote it under my previous fanfiction. It's fate that brought us together.
I've evolved into an author who can amuse herself even if nobody reads her work. I'm just happy to have written it.
