[Three Kingdoms] Lord-Raising System

Wang Gu transmigrates to the Three Kingdoms and gets the worst possible start from the start:

Both her parents are dead. She's an orphaned girl, surviving by farming.

And just when things couldn't get any worse...

The area where she lives has suffered drought year after year. Bandits run rampant, and the people are destitute.

Yep, this is what you get in an age of chaos.

Luckily, she has a "Lord-Raising System." Its mission is:

[Choose a famous figure from the Three Kingdoms to be your lord and help him put an end to the age of chaos.]

[Note: Your lord doesn't have to be Cao, Liu, or Sun.]

Forget Cao, Liu, and Sun. What famous figure would come to this godforsaken backwater?

Then one day, a young local official arrives in the village. He provides aid to refugees, puts down the bandits, and brings peace to the region.

Reader's note:

1. Romance is the main focus, with her career as a secondary focus. The heroine doesn't become a lord or an emperor, so read with caution if that bothers you.

2. Full of melodramatic Mary Sue tropes. Everyone is out of character, the chronology and events are all over the place, and there are countless author-invented details.

3. The heroine is based on a historical figure.

Theme: Peace is hard-won
