Song Yanting is a butterfly researcher who travels to Fairy Lake in search of the legendary Butterfly King.

He accidentally falls into a damp, shadowy lair. A gigantic chrysalis stands at its center. Inside it, a handsome man with a perfect physique opens his eyes, their gaze chillingly inhuman.

The next moment, Song Yanting is pulled inside the chrysalis.

After three days in the lair, the Butterfly King's scent clings to Song Yanting from head to toe.

He swears that once he gets out, he'll make the Butterfly King pay!

Inside the sealed laboratory, only Song Yanting can clearly see the man in the chrysalis trembling. He coldly orders, "Increase the dosage. You can see the rate of metamorphosis is speeding up."

That night, urgent knocking sounds at the door. "Team Leader Song! The Butterfly King's chrysalis is rapidly withering!"

Song Yanting is shocked. He enters the lab, and the door shuts quickly behind him. Darkness closes in, and only the Butterfly King's chrysalis glows faintly.

The man lifts his eyelids and meets his gaze, his eyes full of cunning.
