A Game Avatar, but It's Verlaine

After leaving his family, faking his death, and going to prison, he was thinking about what his new name should be when he unexpectedly found a ■■-raising game app on his phone. The little blond character in it named himself Arthur Rimbaud. It was a great name. Now it was his. · As Rimbaud stumbled his way through life as an intelligence operative, he had no family or friends. The only company he had was the little game character living on his phone. But if he left his little guy alone for a while, he’d end up with all kinds of debuffs and start saying the strangest things: “Does my existence mean anything?” “…I hate this…” “Is the outside your world?” “If I kill the Shepherd, can I come see you?” “That’s right. Kill him, escape your cage, and come find me outside.” Rimbaud replied as if joking, never imagining that the game would become real and the little character would actually come looking for him. Content warnings: 1. The blurb may change before the story begins, but the core idea of raising a little game character won’t. 2. Both leads are morally chaotic but kindhearted. Their characterization leans toward the original, and they’re not perfect. 3. No other side couples. 4. Original Transcendents will appear. Theme: Optimism and good health
