Our Fifth Year of Marriage

In the fifth year of our marriage, I discovered that my husband was cheating.

He came home less and less often, and grew increasingly close to another woman.

I saw him dead drunk in a bar, his eyes red as he said to the woman beside him, "I don't want to live this same day over and over anymore!"

He must have regretted it.

So I killed him.
