The male lead, Yin Xin, comes to claim his brother-in-law's body on behalf of his sister after the man dies in an accident on the night of the aurora. But Yin Xin discovers that the case, which was ruled an accidental death, is riddled with suspicious details.
Determined to put an end to any future trouble, Yin Xin travels alone to the snowy town where his brother-in-law died, hoping to uncover the truth. There, he meets the lively, cheerful woman who runs a guesthouse. Spending time with her brings Yin Xin a long-missed sense of ease and happiness, but he also notices that the townspeople are acting suspiciously.
"Where'd you come from, kid?"
"What are you really doing here?!"
Hostility, warnings, confrontations... One incident after another unfolds. Amid the townspeople's animosity, Yin Xin struggles to investigate, even putting himself in danger to draw out the killer. But the truth catches him completely off guard.
"Are you going to kill me too?" he asks the killer behind him.

This idea came to me two years ago. Since it was already a mystery story, I figured I'd write it up and enter the contest.
I don't think there are any major trigger points, but it's hard to say much about a mystery without giving things away. If you've read it, please don't spoil anything. Thank you!
Come along with the male lead, tour the snowy town, and enjoy solving the case!
Finally, I hope you enjoy reading!
