At sixteen, you lost a sparring match against the young master of the Gojo Clan. You swore to become stronger and used a secret technique from within the family to summon something extraordinary. You and Sukuna entered into an extremely twisted symbiotic relationship.
At seventeen, you entered the technical college and became a student under the young master of the Gojo Clan.
At twenty-five, you came down with a serious illness. You often looked into Sukuna's empty, blood-red eyes and saw your own complicated expression reflected in them.
At thirty, your illness grew worse, but no one noticed except you and the ghost living in your heart. A boy named Yuji Itadori awakened Sukuna's physical body. Sometimes Sukuna left your side, but more often he stayed in front of you, gazing back at you with blood-red eyes.
At thirty-one, Sukuna tried to turn you, gravely ill, into a cursed spirit. You refused.
At thirty-six, the curse dissipated. No one knew where the cursed spirit had gone.

In plain terms:
A family chronicle of smears, the history of a control freak's struggle. A conceited person who appears humble eventually has everything in the palm of their hand, and dies without regrets. Sukuna and you put each other through tests of obedience. We still don't know which of you managed to tame the other. Anyway, watching these two terrible people torment each other is pretty hilarious.
AU concepts in development:
1) Small-town fiction x Sichuan chef and his consumptive, cross-dressing, perverted wife (Chinese-style cosmic horror, includes g/t themes, gender confusion, and Rei feminization, with lots of Rei/Sukuna. Childhood-friends fiction, a move to the capital for school, and despairing office-worker fiction.)
2) Reversed status x a family-famous, perverted young master Sukuna and a beautiful, alluring cursed spirit Rei (a wife passed down through the generations).
3) Conglomerate fiction, impotent arranged-marriage partners with cold personalities x a beautiful, flamboyant young master and ambitious, repressed Rei (Rei accidentally kills someone, and Sukuna very normally helps him cover it up and takes the blame. On the seventh day after his death, Sukuna returns as a ghost and haunts his wife forever.)
4) Pnny fiction, street-corner old man and repressed office worker Rei.

(Blushing) I've only written a little of the main story, but I've already come up with a bunch of if extras...
Both leads are sexually experienced. The romance is fairly light, so it doesn't really matter. These two terrible people care more about other desires than sexual desire. I'm writing this to indulge myself. My headcanon is extensive, so beware if that's not your thing.
Warnings: Imperfect characters. Rei has blood on his hands. His personality isn't particularly righteous. A family head who protects his own. He instinctively sees all clan members as people under his protection. He blindly defends the clan, but only the clan. He'll cut down any idiots. A villainous couple with a strong sense of class hierarchy.
