Legend has it that, since the sixteenth century, a castle in the Orleans region of France has kept a record of people's lives. Whether you are a commoner or a noble, a scholar with a wealth of knowledge, or a mage or witch with power at your command, you are welcome here. The mysterious master of the castle will trade with you in the best way for your story, then make sure it lives on for generations.
* Main pairing: Deadpan, snarky witcher x a great vampire who is not what he seems
Side pairing: Royal raised from childhood x gentle holy son
Both pairings feature younger men
* The story is set in France during the seventeenth to nineteenth centuries. Some historical figures and events are real, while others are fictional, so please read with care.
* Any religious or mythological content is purely for entertainment. Please don't take it seriously or get hung up on it!
* It is tagged as a serious drama because it involves history, but I personally think it's quite lighthearted.
Theme: Witness the weight of history
