The Wounded Bird Spreads Its Wings

-

High-ranking and powerful, truly unhinged, an S-rank Alpha top who never thinks things through

x

Fair-skinned and beautiful, a princess-and-the-pea type, a Beta bottom with a short temper and a particular grudge

-

Likely themes: non-consensual sex, confinement, body modification, pregnancy, true love.

Reader advisory: The setting is entirely fictional, with a few minor author-created details and medical miracles. Contains mildly violent sex scenes. The groveling-and-redemption arc is swift and brutal. There is a male-female side couple, so please check the warnings before reading.

Special notes:

1. The bottom has a genetic disease and turns into a feline when his emotions fluctuate intensely. Most of the time he's a cat, but not always. All other characters are ordinary, and the story has no fantasy setting.

2. The bottom is fussy about his daily habits, not a soft and cute type. This is not meant to disparage soft and cute characters.

3. The top is eleven years older.

4. They are each other's only partner, one-on-one from beginning to end.

5. About 30% of the story is plot. You may choose to skip it, but the author isn't responsible for how that affects your reading experience.

6. Pregnancy is tentatively planned. There will either be no birth in the main story or the birth will happen in an extra. Not sure yet.

(I've tried to make the warnings as clear as possible. Please be kind, and enjoy reading.)
