An Unexpected Child with My Master

Two major events recently took place at Xuancang Sect.

First, Immortal Venerable Jiyue returned to the sect after three months away on a mission, holding a two-month-old baby. He announced that the child was his new disciple.

Second, Ye Yunsheng, his beloved disciple who had accompanied him on the mission, could no longer use the spiritual energy in his body and had become a cripple.

The Immortal Venerable's other disciples were all shocked. Seeing how doting their master was toward the new junior sister, as if he would pluck the stars and moon for her, they rushed to comfort Ye Yunsheng, the former favorite who had now become a cripple.

Others in the sect who had never liked Ye Yunsheng took the opportunity to kick him while he was down.

Ye Yunsheng: ...You probably won't believe me, but the little junior sister is actually my child.

For Ye Yunsheng, the worst thing about transmigrating wasn't becoming a cripple. It was that after he and his master, Ji Shao, wandered into an illusion, his aloof master turned into a murderous mortal tyrant. To save him, Ye Yunsheng had no choice but to marry his master and become his empress, and even gave birth to a baby in the illusion.

He never expected that after they left the illusion, the child he'd had with his master in there would turn out to be real, and that his master would confess his love to him!

P.S.:

1. Childbirth, melodrama, happy ending. The leads only have each other, and the baby gets quite a lot of page time.

2. I planned to write a long novel last year, but my experiments kept me too busy. I've cut it down now to focus on the parts I personally like.

3. I'll archive the story after it's complete, so feel free to remove it from your favorites if it's not for you.

Theme: Sweet, sweet, sweet.
