The half-blood wolf prince had rendered great service, yet not only was he denied a reward, he was flogged until he was covered in wounds and locked in the dungeon.
They say he's been full of resentment lately and has gone on a hunger strike in prison.
If he starves himself into serious trouble, how are we supposed to explain that to the Wolf King?
So Father Emperor issued an order for her to coax that half-blood wolf cub into eating.
It was all her older sister's fault. She saw how handsome he was and just had to claim him for herself.
And yet Father Emperor had called her in to clean up the mess her sister made.
Ever since she came back from the dead and gained a mysterious spell,
Father Emperor had kept asking her to do all sorts of baffling things. But because of that, she had gone from an overlooked princess to the apple of his eye.
"I do have a way to make him eat, but it's a little underhanded."
Father Emperor said, "As long as you can get him to eat, use whatever means you like."
And sure enough, her plan got that wolf cub to agree to eat.
Mission accomplished.
But lately, that wolf cub had been acting stranger and stranger.
Father Emperor said, "To make your sister give up, I intend to bestow the wolf cub upon you."
"No way!"
Tall, handsome, strong, obedient yet rebellious, with eyes full of hurt and an air of stubborn pride. He really was top-tier.
But he was younger than her! She wasn't into younger guys!
But a younger guy... Well, maybe that wasn't so bad.
The thing was, whenever she said she didn't want him, he really would cry. Who could resist a face like that streaked with tears?
He was so tall, and when he held her, those scorching tears really did pour down her neck!
"All right, all right, don't cry. I want you, I want you! I never said I didn't!"
In the Realm of the Beast Gods, a princess takes in her younger wolf prince, rises against the odds, claims the throne, and heals alongside him.
The heroine is strong at her core and independent. The hero is incredibly powerful, but emotionally fragile and yandere. Obedient, though perhaps not quite so obedient.
(One-on-one romance, happy ending, sweet and satisfying, younger male lead)
Theme: Be strong at your core and believe in yourself
