The Tyrant System, but I Become a Peerless Wise Ruler

Meng Yu transmigrated with an "Emperor-Raising" System and became an empress, facing internal troubles at home and external threats abroad.

Just eighteen, Meng Yu was full of energy. "System, help me achieve great things!"

System: Host, don't get carried away just yet. Your mission is to reach the ending of [Peerless Tyrant].

The chuunibyou Meng Yu fell silent for a long while, then swept out her sleeve and gazed into the distance. "Thirty years east of the river, thirty years west of the river. Even if I have to be a tyrant, I'll be the strongest one!"

And so...

*

A palace maid accused of having an illicit affair knelt and begged for mercy. Meng Yu turned around and promoted her to Palace Attendant.

Later, the Palace Attendant was utterly devoted to her. "Your Majesty values women officials. This servant is willing to die for you!"

*

Meng Yu waved her hand and put into practice a governance policy card the System had rated as the lowest tier.

Later... Labor service and taxes were converted to silver, the people lived in peace and prosperity, and everyone praised her: "Your Majesty is wise!"

*

Meng Yu received a [Top Secret Letter] saying that a wealthy merchant in Jiangnan was planning something big... She promptly promoted Jiangnan's richest woman to prefect of Jiangnan.

Later... The richest woman expanded trade with exceptional skill, ensuring that the granaries and treasury of Great Xia would last for another hundred years.

"Your Majesty has a remarkable eye for talent!"

Meng Yu was dumbfounded.

She had intended to empty the treasury.

But one day, on a whim, Meng Yu opened her status panel and saw:

[Imperial Prestige]: 9999+ (In the people's eyes, you are a god!)

[National Prestige]: 999+ (You're about to unite the world!)

[Imperial Treasury]: Overflowing!

[Popular Support]: Overflowing!

On the day Meng Yu returned home, she summoned her ministers.

Everyone wept bitterly, but Meng Yu refused to close her eyes. She had to see whether she had completed her mission.

You have received the title [A Model for a Hundred Generations]!

After waking up, Meng Yu muttered to herself in her room, "Wait, isn't that a title only a wise ruler gets?"

I really wasn't trying to be a wise ruler!

The beautiful lettering was provided by [Yi Yun]!
