Hirze was born on a remote, barren trash planet. Thanks to his exceptional combat talent, he was admitted to the Empire's top military academy. But before he could enroll, a genetic test matched him with the Empire's ruler.
No one dared speak his name aloud.
His crown was forged in blood, and bones lay piled beneath his throne.
"Madman, kinslayer, conqueror, ambitious schemer." These were just some of the words used to describe the ruler.
But the name people called him most was the Tyrant.

"You're my son?" The ruler, clad in a scarlet cloak, glanced at the young man before him, whose face bore a striking resemblance to his own. His gaze was cold and arrogant.
Hirze grinned and winked at him. His fluffy blond hair framed his softly contoured face, making him look like a harmless little animal, sweet and obedient beyond belief.
At first, even the Tyrant was completely taken in by his sweet and charming appearance.
That is, until he was summoned to the military academy for the nth time to clean up after his "sweet" and "sensible" youngest son.
"Last time, you ate every last ingredient in the academy kitchen. What is it this time? A fight? What did you fight about?"
"I forgot." Hirze dropped his sweet act and lounged with his legs crossed, looking utterly unconcerned. "It's not like it was anything important, Tashiri. Why did you come all this way?"
"You should call me Father, Hirze." The cold ruler frowned at his youngest son.
"Speaking of the school cafeteria..." Hirze looked at his father with shining eyes. "I'm hungry."
"...Don't act cute. I remember you just had lunch." The Tyrant father looked at his lazy, food-loving youngest son and couldn't help clenching his fists.
"Forget it." He changed the subject, trying to calm his temper. "You're coming back to the palace today to attend a banquet with me. Get ready..."
"Sure! A banquet!!!"
Before the Tyrant could finish, his dear son had already dashed out like a whirlwind, apparently heading in the opposite direction from the palace.
The Tyrant: ...
Another day of being utterly exhausted by this little rascal. (Exhausted).jpg

Reader's guide:
1. Cold Tyrant (crossed out), emotionally drained father vs. reckless, rebellious dear son. An unconventional child-rearing story and an unconventional everyone-loves-the-protagonist story. Family-focused, no CP.
2. The protagonist does not pick his nose! He does not! That's just an exaggerated description (stern).
3. My take on a sci-fi universe. Everything is fictional.
