Through the backroom machinations of some sketchy System, a group of Duck Coser are forced to transmigrate to the Detective Conan world. Their mission: establish Blue, a school for detectives.
Something is obviously wrong here! Sure, they're both detective series, but they're way too different!
They want to attend Blue, not build it!
And why can this System only send them in one at a time? What a mess! It'll only slow down our progress toward establishing Blue!
Anyway, the Coser decide by drawing cards which lucky one will be sent in first. After a round of card drawing that takes no skill and is all luck, the first to appear is our homebody version of Tsuruno Hashi: the one who watches criminals die!
Why bother doing the mission? Just destroy everything.
There's no need to build this Blue.

A mysterious department appears within Public Security. They say its members all graduated from some detective school, and every one of them is highly skilled.
All the Coser: Huh? Me? Highly skilled?
Amamiya Coser: They must be talking about me.
Hisui Coser: No, it has to be me.
Conan meets another amazing detective, and it turns out he's a graduate of a detective school. There really is a detective school in this world!
Duck Coser: If I say it exists, it exists. It's definitely more credible than your Hawaii technical college.
A criminal family called Moriarty suddenly appears in the underworld. Its members are dangerous and mysterious, and their crimes never fail, because anyone who fails doesn't deserve to live in this family.
