After finally finding a job upon graduating from university, Shen Linyi discovered on his first day that his boss was Xia Yiyuan, his longtime rival who had been abroad for years.
Shen Linyi: "Can I still quit?"
But life told him no.
Then, at a dinner gathering, he was assigned to take the drunk Xia Yiyuan home.
He had just gotten Xia Yiyuan home when he heard him mumble, "Shen Linyi... I like you... I've liked you since high school..."
Little Scene
Shen Linyi limped into work.
A colleague said, "Brother Lin, what happened? You don't look so good."
Shen Linyi: "I twisted my ankle."
"Be careful when you walk, Brother Lin..."
Xia Yiyuan, pretending to make his rounds, smiled faintly.
